By kitchen, I mean a mini-fridge, coffee and tea facilities (powdered milk), including a kettle, and the usual bar amenities. The decor, furnishings and dark ambiance had a corporate feel and lacked warmth and charm. Our suite had bathrobes & slippers, a safe, 2 TVs, a separate toilet room and a variety of toiletries. "The hotel entrance is a little difficult to find and the fact that the front desk closes at 9.00 was a problem as we arrived a little after that. Also the free WiFi is not available in your room. Otherwise, reasonable value for the price "

"Constant noise . Bedroom doors which slam loudly without a damper. Modern music trying to hide the roar of traffic close to the hotel. Failure to make the morning alarm which was booked. Clients talking more loudly than normal to drown out the constant din."
