En revanche, je trouve inadmissible qu'Abritel refuse de me fournir une facture totale de ce que nous avons payé pour le séjour. Ils ne fournissent que la facture des frais. Or j'ai bien réglé la totalité du séjour à Abritel et non au propriétaire. Il n'incombe donc pas à ce dernier de me fournir une facture. 「シンプルなホテルです。チェックインの際、掃除されていない部屋に通されたり、キーが間違っていたりと、長旅で疲れているところに何度も往復する羽目になりましたが、すぐ近くにタクシースポットもあり、市内、郊外の移動には便利でした。部屋にキッチン（食器、カトラリーセットもあり）もあり、短期間の滞在には便利なホテルと思います。朝食はかなりシンプルですが、ホテルのクラス相応のものだと思います。」

「Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.」

「Such a fun town. Kevin was great with communication prior to check in. Only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't working and that wasn't disclosed to us until checkin, hense the 3* on description. Nicola, the property mgr. was great to accommodate with fans. 「Myself and a group of friends enjoyed a lovely stay in Salir do Porto. The villa is relatively small, but is well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The location is a short distance from the small village and the nearest beach, but the pool is excellent. The local manager, Adilia, is friendly and very helpful The local area is beautiful and has many attractions in close proximity. A car is recommended to get the best from the villa.
