"We booked this listing in January. The day before our check-in I still not received any information from the property owner. I sent a message to the owner through the VRBO app and did not receive a response. I called the property owner and told them I was calling regarding check-in information. The person never asked who I was or when I had reservations or even identified themselves. They told me I could "come whenever" and just to text them and they would respond back with the codes to get in...
