It's a beautiful hotel with all the amenities anyone could want. The rooms were amazing and even had a separate office space attached, with a door. There was a steam room and sauna and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Nice, clean, comfortable, English issues exist

Pros: Hotel was nice and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Cons: A bit far from the Rumi's tomb. Communication was sometimes difficult due to staff not knowing basic English.

Very comfortable stay

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Very very clean! A bathroom fit for a queen with a powerful shower and lots of space. I couldn’t have the breakfast as I was an early check out but I will return to this hotel and try it then.

A huge room with a separate sitting area and well equipped. However the decor overdoes the glitz and the public areas are characterless. Only 3 items on a 10 page menu were available when I tried to have dinner. Most annoyingly, the hotel have failed to respond when I informed them I had left my phone in the room and requested their help in retrieving it.

We were originally planning to stay for a couple days but extended our stay for one more week while we were in the area. The staff, from front desk, restaurant, cleaning, bell hop, and health center, was excellent. They genuinely wanted to help you. We liked the operable windows for fresh air, though the AC was excellent on the hot days. The hotel restaurant was decent, and the room service option was convenient. We also enjoyed the massage and sauna. The sauna doesn’t cost extra. Everything was clean. We definitely plan to stay there again as we have family in the area.

Too notch!

What an extraordinary hotel! Everything was top notch. Ample, clean lobby. Tables outside just to chill, with on-the-house tea available. The room was great, with separate full office in it! That’s a first. Everything looks sparkling clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The location was great, in a suburban area with light traffic, so it was the perfect stop in our road trip. The breakfast was impeccable, with huge variety and flavorful items. The reviews don’t lie. The place is outstanding!

Check in was smooth. The staff were courteous. The lobby was clean. The rooms were clean, nearly don't and spacious. The washrooms were very clean as well. I have been to many hotels around the world, and have found Dubai to have some of the best and luxurious hotels. I would rate this hotel highly. It's much more spacious abd cleaner compared to the hotels in Istanbul. The breakfast options were great. So many varieties for breakfast. Yummy and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the fact that Mevlana museum abd the city center is 15 minute drive. Our rented vehicle had resolved that issue.
