At first, we are excited to be staying in something very small, very local. But then there were some major inconveniences. No coffee at breakfast, hair in my breakfast, hair on my pillow (not mine!). There was lots of waiting around to find staff, and even though we're we were the only people staying in the hotel, they gave us a hard time about a late check out.

Clean hotel centrally located, Mesut the owner is an amazing host and did his best to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was good, spacious room, good bathroom, good air-condition. Everything was great.

I never checked in on my arrival or checked Out on my departure!!!.throughout my 4 days ionly saw one clleaning girl who helped To get my room key. Not once did i see anyone who appeared to work there. Breakfast was only availableon one of my 4 days stay .other guests equally felt abandoned. Whilst the rooms were nice and tidy the absence of staff was shocking. I repeat i stayed for 4 nights yet never Checked in or out or spoke to anyone in Athority .only had one Breakfast out of the 4 payed for . Shocking..

I recently stayed at Ephesus Hera Hotel in Selçuk and had a mixed experience overall. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the owner, Mesut, who was incredibly talkative and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions like Yoncaköy Beach and Efes Tek Meyhane. His insights truly added value to my visit and helped me explore the area. On the other hand, there were some areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast offered at the hotel was average in terms of quality. It didn't provide a standout experience compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Additionally, I encountered a maintenance issue with a broken toilet seat cover, which was disappointing. While the hotel claimed to have been renewed, it seemed like only minor improvements had been made. The overall ambiance and facilities didn't match the standards I would expect from a hotel and felt more like a pension. Another concern I had was the security of the room keys, as they didn't provide the level of safety and peace of mind I would prefer. In summary, the Ephesus Hera Hotel has its highlights, such as the friendly and talkative owner and the great recommendations provided. However, there are areas that need improvement, including the breakfast quality, maintenance standards, and security measures. With some attention to these aspects, the hotel could enhance the overall guest experience.

Güzel otel

Asansör olmaması büyük bir eksiklik. Otel şuan tadilatta birçok ekaiği mevcut ama temiz ve rahat bir otel. Asansör olmmasına ve 1.2.katlarda bulunmasına rağmen 4. Kat verildi onu da anlayamdık. 1 gece kaldık bizim için yeterliydi. Efes için gitmiştik ki efese çok yakın

kaldığımız oda küçüktü ana caddeyi görüyordu otelin otoparkı yoktu üçüncü katta kaldık ve asansör yoktu oda genel anlamda temiz görünüyordu biz iki kişi kalmış olmamıza rağmen odaya bir tane banyo bir tane baş havlusu koyulmuştu duşa kabini yarım kapalı (tek bir tarafında cam var diğer tarafı açık) şekilde ve aşırı dardı ayrıca duş başlığı asılmıyordu elinizle tutmanız gerekiyordu yatak çok rahattı odada klima bulunuyordu fakat buzdolabı yoktu ve televizyon çalışmıyordu ayrıca odada perde yok sadece tül vardı.

Fiyatına göre makul bir oteldi merkeze çok yakın rahatlıkla yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz yataklar iyiydi rahat bir şekilde uyuduk kliması fena değildi banyoda duş alırken sıcak su biraz az akıyordu. Bir kaç ufak eksik vardı ama konumu ve fiyatı bize uygun olduğu için seçtik ve fiyatına göre iyi bir tercih diyebiliriz otelden çok fazla bekletiniz yoksa fiyatı ve konumu göz önüne alınarak tercihlerinizde yer alabilir .

Odamız geniş ferah ve çok temizdi. Banyosu olsun yatağı olsun her şeyi çok içimize sindi. Sahibi ve çalışan genç beyefendi çok kibar ve ilgilerdi. Tek gece kalmak durumunda kaldık ama bir daha yolum düşerse kesin uğrayacağım bi adres oldu. Serin ce güvenli bi şekilde uyuduk. Konumu çok merkezi. Çalışan herkese teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel is very well located, in the center, close to bus and train station. Very close to the museum of Ephes and from St. John Basilic. If you like to walk, you can go to the archeological site walkng too. It's around 25 minutes and there's a nice path with trees. The owner of the hotel is very kind. I booked a little room with 1 bed but he upgraded me to a more specious one with a big bed for free (because that room was available). The young guy who works at the recepction at night is the best. Very kind and helpful. You have coffee and tea every time. The hotel is old but renewed, so it looks modern. The only but think is that there was humidity smell and my room was not clean when I returned from the tour the second day. May be because I didn't leave the room early, I don't know. As I stayed only 2 nights it wasn't a problem. Recommended!

Odamızı başkalarına satmışlar

Konaklamak için otele gittiğimizde yerimizi başkalarına satmışlardı. O yüzden otele giriş yapamadık. Bizi daha iyi bir yer diye görmediğimiz evden bozma kötü bir pansiyona gönderdiler. Otele gittiğimizde yerimizi başkalarına sattıklarını öğrendik öncesinde bize haber bile verilmedi. Giderseniz mağdur olursunuz.
