Fenwick cottage
This home was located with spectacular views. Sunsets were incredibly. The dock was nice for fishing and crabbing. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Fantastic views
House with beautiful views of the bay. Super comfortable and relaxing. Great covered deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Sometimes too relaxing. We got a late start to the day. 4 adults stayed and we had 15 others in the area. We had plenty of parking when we all got together. Enjoyed a nice cookout.

Fenwick Cottage
Perfect location. Quiet but convenient to dining and shopping. Love the neighborhood, perfect for walking dogs. Our two small dogs loved it. One had visited before and remembered the vacation routine. We’ll be back!

Great place!

Loved the Sunset Views
Cozy property with great views. As others have said, it’s very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. We used the kayaks every night. Our shy dog had a wonderful time.

We’ll be back!
Check in process was simply and easy. Great property with unbeatable views. Close to so many good restaurants and short distance to several beaches. Enjoyable for both the adults and the kids in the group. Free use of kayaks and bikes a plus. Quiet neighborhood and good communication from the owners. Would book again. Already recommended to friends and family.

Beautiful, special place
Bayberry Cottage is truly a gem with amazing water views, spacious interior ( both myself and my fiancé were working), and just perfect amenities. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place right on the water with close access to restaurants, beach and more! Host was incredibly gracious, polite and friendly. Watching the bay at sunset AND sunrise. Just. Beautiful.

Fantastic Accommodations
The rental was a cute cottage nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Our vacation stay for our anniversary was peaceful and quiet. The rental was stocked with pots and pans, Keurig, dishes, gas grill etc…. It had everything we needed for our gourmet meals we cooked. It also had a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. It was very clean and well maintained. They even included a few courtesy items such as paper towels. I would not hesitate to rebook this charming place.

Relaxing and peaceful
Our family (and pets) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watching the sunset over the water from the dock and decks was like looking at a postcard. Vacations can be hectic, trying to please everyone and to squeeze in everything in the short time you have. When you feel that you don't have to "do" anything and enjoy being relaxed while doing it, is the sign of a great place and great location. This Cottage on the bay was that kind of place. I hope we get the opportunity to rent from Paul again. Great host with a great property.

Cozy with great water views and access.
Property as advertised. We were a family of five not including our Mastiff. It fit us perfectly. We enjoyed the home completely including the plus’s they offer(kayaks and crab traps). We spent a lot of time on the decks enjoying the sights and sounds. The 2-3 mile trip to the beaches worked out just fine for us. Paul was very nice to talk to and we would enjoy staying again.

Bayberry Cottage 5/5
This is our second time staying at the cottage and we cannot recommend it enough. It’s the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing vacation on the water. Everything is perfectly clean, the furniture is comfortable and the appliances are all in great condition. We were able to bring our small dogs with us and they loved sitting out on the pier with us just watching the water. Thanks Paul for another outstanding stay!

Can't say enough about this property. Clean, perfect location, sunsets
I'm hesitant to give a good review about this property because I don't want it to be over booked and not available for the next time I want to stay here. However, I wouldn't do that to Paul so the truth is, this property is outstanding! I stayed here with my girlfriend and our little 15lb French Bulldog and we had a perfect week! The home was cozy and super clean! We were right on the water which was perfect because all we wanted to do all week was paddle board, kayak, fish and crab. Caught a ton of crabs and cooked pasta with crab meat. The back of the house faces West over the bay so you get picture perfect sunsets every night. It was a great week and we can't wait to stay here again.

Relaxing Stay
I spent a week at Fenwick on the Bay! Paul was super nice and accommodating and his rental property was very clean and in a great location. You can’t swim off the dock because there are jelly fish in the water, but we used the kayaks and spent most of our time at the beach. Overall, we had a great time!

Great family get away
We had an awesome time renting this property. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to let our kids play on the playground of their house that is right next door. We would recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing get away.

Perfect Getaway with Great Views
My family of 5 and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul's cottage. Not only did it have everything we need, it sits right on the water and has the most incredible views of the sunset from 2 porches. We really liked the setup - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs, plus a loft with 2 more queens and another full bathroom upstairs. There's a porch/balcony on each level and you can see the water from literally anywhere in the property. The space was full of light and just what my kids needed after being stuck at our house for so long. They had the most fun taking the kayaks out (life vests are provided) and playing on the playground on the owner's neighboring property. There was a stash of books and family games, washer & dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen. Another surprising plus for me was the wifi speed. I was working remotely and the connection was just as good as my home connection and very fast. Perfect for anyone who wants to escape and get some work done or for a getaway for 1-2 families. 5 stars across the board. Thanks Paul!

Perfect getaway for our family (two boys 13 and 10 years old). We enjoyed catching crabs and so close to entertainment but so peaceful if you want a night of serenity. Will definitely look to come back here!

Gorgeous Cottage!
Beautiful on the inside and the outside, the Bayberry Cottage is a cozy little vacation home right on the water. While staying on the property, we opted to stay in and cook our meals in the full kitchen rather than eating out and having to leave! Kayaks are available to use with your own private little pier, of which we happily took advantage. On days that we actually ventured out of the cottage, both the Fenwick Boardwalk and Ocean City Boardwalk were within easy driving distance. Best of all, our dogs were welcome to stay with us on this beautiful property, making this a dream come true for us. I cannot recommend this cottage enough and will stay no where else when visiting the beach from now on!

We had a great Spring Break in Fenwick Cottage.
My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the bay, kayaking, and the quick drive to the beach for glorious sunrises. Easy drives to Assateague and Chincoteague were also a big plus! Everything was clean and met all of our needs in the cottage. We hope to return some day.

Beautiful Cottage on Bay
This is such a beautiful charming little home. My husband, 2 daughters, and our dog spent a full week at this place and couldn’t be more pleased. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck and wine every night on the lower deck. The views are incredible. It is a quiet peaceful neighborhood within biking or driving distance to the beach. The house was very clean and the decor was so beachy. Towels and linens were provided which made it much more convenient for traveling. My husband and daughter used the 2 kayaks a few times that were provided as well. Thanks Paul for letting us use your adorable home. We would definitely come back and stay again. Fenwick Island is beautiful.

Off-Season Getaway
Spent last week of March at this property. We were looking for a dog friendly house and this met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The house is right on the Bay and provides spectacular views. There was great parking, the kitchen has everything you need, and clean sheets and bath towels were provided - so you don't need to bring anything! Would like to rent again during the summer to enjoy the outdoor decks. Thank you Paul!

Great getaway
Just spent an extended weekend here with my wife and our pups. Couldn't of had a better time. Paul was more than happy to accommodate our stay, and even stopped in to check on us. The house is quaint and compact, but didn't feel like it with the high ceilings and loft. The view of the bay is unmatched. We'll absolutely be back! :)

Will be returning to this rental.
Everything we expected. Photos online are accurate and the bay view is spectacular. Upstairs beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all expected amenities. Bathrooms were very clean and entire house, overall, is pretty much spotless. Will rent again.

Quiet, Relaxing and close to all fun!
My husband and I loved staying here! We brought our dog along and spent a lot of time out on the dock just enjoying the beautiful view and peacefulness. It is close to some great restaurants, quiet dog-friendly beaches and is a quick drive from our favorite Ocean City places. The balance of peace and quiet with easy access to the hustle and bustle was perfect for us! The owners are wonderful as well! Super easy to work with and provided all the basics for us, like sheets, toilet paper etc. We will definitely consider staying here again!
