"Staff were excellent, clean and a great location"

"Great stay in a perfect Lisbon location I had a really enjoyable stay at Cais Urban Lodge. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The bed was especially comfy and I slept really well throughout my stay. The location is excellent and made sightseeing around Lisbon very easy. Many of the main attractions, restaurants, and transport links were within easy reach, so it was a great base for exploring the city. The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and very responsive with communication both before and during the stay. That level of service really added to the overall positive experience. The only small thing I would have preferred is if coffee had been provided in the room (we were given a couple of fruit teas) , as that would have made the stay even better. Aside from that minor point, everything else was great and I would definitely consider staying here again. "

Javier, the hotel attendant, was especially helpful—he patiently took the time to walk us through some of the best restaurant options in the area. Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, and the thoughtful placement of the furniture and lighting created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for me and my friends. Everything felt well-designed and seamless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was Fado night. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively, and the musicians were fantastic. The restaurant manager, Antonio, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the evening truly memorable. The hotel is also right in the heart of the city center, which made it very convenient when we had tours scheduled and needed to meet with several tour guides. Overall, this is definitely a place that makes you want to come back. ⭐"

"My mom and I had a great stay at Hotel da Baixa during our trip to Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, which made our travel days much less stressful, and they were also very helpful with our luggage. One thing we really appreciated was how safe the hotel felt. The doors remain locked and there is staff available at the front desk 24 hours a day, which gave us peace of mind coming back in the evenings. The location was also ideal. We were able to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants around Lisbon, which made exploring the city very convenient. The only small thing to note is that because the hotel is located along a bus and tram route, Ubers can’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel. However, it’s only a short walk and didn’t impact our stay much. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return the next time we’re in Lisbon. "
