This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop. The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable . However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

THE ROOM CARPET WAS FILTHY AND THE ROOM LOCATION WAS NOISY. WE HEARD LOTS OF THINGS THUMPING AND BANGING DURING THE ENTIRE STAY. THE VIEW WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL. THE ONE SAVING GRACE WAS THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS

Staff was awesome but hotel and rooms are old and outdated, could be cleaner as well, also had musky smell / odour

The rooms need better and regular cleaning , they need also to be clear about the beach club visit as i ended up paying AED90 from my own pocket for transport

Friendliness and attentiveness of staff was exceptional.
