Such a beautiful home, with a serene yard - both front and back, and beautiful views! The home was very clean, well-stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies, to luxurious bedding and bathroom amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the Spring! David was very communicative, making sure we had everything we could need, and also providing some restaurant recommendations.

This house is a wonderful vacation rental. With all the attention to amenities and details, it levels up a regular house rental to a lovely experience that feels like treat. The neighborhood is quiet with stunning views. The owners have appointed this house with the extra thought to what makes a vacation experience relaxing. Will definitely rent again when we return to Sedona!

Very clean and great location. Small problems were. Some TV remotes didn’t work needed batteries. Fire pit was out of propane and owner told us the we were free to exchange it. Should not be our expense. Fireplace in bedroom did not work was told that it was for decoration. Not what we understood.

Awesome home and great location.

The floor plan of this house is very functional and great for gathering. Newly renovated and furnishings are to be envied. New appliances and fully stocked kitchen and bath. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel. I’ll book this again when in Sedona

Perfect Zentopia

This home was perfect for our family of 7. Our son was getting married at the Enchantment Resort, about 15 minutes up the road. Quiet cul de sac and access to several trailheads nearby. Also just down the road from Safeway, restaurants, bank and more. Great outdoor space as well, we would definitely rent this home again.

Cousin Reunion

We all loved the house and enjoyed our stay. Everything is well labeled & well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, appliances, dish-ware and staples. The bathrooms were well appointed and utile. Six out of the seven guests would have preferred softer pillows but all the linens were very nice.

Beautiful house, great views!

House was perfect for three couples, close to a grocery store and lots of hiking trails. A very well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook in a few nights. The bathrooms were beautiful as well and the showers were top notch. The only con was the propane tank for the firepit was empty when we arrived so we had to get it filled ourselves. Other than that, would highly recommend staying in this beautiful, centrally located house.

Christmas in AZ

This is a beautiful home, ideally located near Uptown Sedona. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are very spacious, and very clean bathrooms. Outdoor area is so relaxing. and the view out the front door of the red rock-AMAZING! There are hiking trails right in the neighborhood that you can walk to ! We had a couple questions, I reached out to the owner, and the response was immediate !! If you are looking for the perfect home in Sedona, this is it !! Our family enjoyed a wonderful time here !

Great view and landing spot for Sedona

We were in Sedona for the night and really appreciated how fully stocked this home was. The view was also fantastic to wake up to. The cleaning fee was a bit high for a one night stay but everything was immaculately cleaned so you do get what you pay for.
