Together, these two private homes sleep up to 12 guests, offering five bedrooms, eight beds, and four bathrooms. The first home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with windows that frame glimpses of Sedona’s distinctive landscape. A chair in the master converts into a child’s bed, and a futon in the sunroom offers screened comfort for extra guests. The second home, Sedona Mona Lisa, includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, one with a king bed, the other with a queen, plus a futon couch in the living room for flexible sleeping space.

Outdoor living
Step outside to unwind in the fenced backyard where desert calm meets easy gathering. At the garden villa, soak in the hot tub or visit the detached “bubbly bar” for a relaxed evening drink. The second home offers a grassy yard with two patios, a BBQ grill, and games like cornhole, plenty of room to sit, chat, or simply enjoy the quiet warmth of Sedona’s sun.

Kitchen & dining
Each home includes a kitchen with cooking basics, pots, pans, and seasonings for easy meal preparation. Bring breakfast to the patio or gather indoors for casual dining that feels like home.

What's nearby

  • Tlaquepaque (pronounced T-la-keh-pah-keh), Sedona Arizona's Arts & Crafts Village, on of the best things to do in Sedona. Nestled beneath the shade of the sycamores on the banks of beautiful Oak Creek in Sedona, Tlaquepaque is the most distinctive Sedona shopping experience to be found in the Southwest. Authentically fashioned after a traditional Mexican village, Tlaquepaque, meaning the "best of everything," has been a Sedona landmark since the 1970's. Its vine covered stucco walls, cobble-stoned walkways and magnificent arched entryways give you the feeling that Tlaquepaque has been here for centuries.

Originally conceived as an artist community, Tlaquepaque is a perfect setting to witness gifted Sedona artisans absorbed in their work. It's not uncommon to venture upon a well-known sculptor working on his or her latest piece right in one of the Tlaquepaque galleries. With over 50 specialty shops and exclusive art galleries, shopping becomes a joyful revelation of fabulous art treasures and distinctive gifts around every corner.

  • Sedona has some of the best hiking and views you can find in all of the Southwest USA. But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations.

Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures!

Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! But boy is the effort worth it!

We stayed in both houses and they were perfect for our large family with all age ranges. The bigger house had lots of spaces so people can spread out easily and find time alone even if the house is full of people (careful not to trip going into the raised rooms - we kept forgetting). We gathered at the large table and played games. We appreciated being able to do laundry in both houses. The garden was lovely! We didn’t use the wine room but it sure was cute! The location was great! We walked to Brewer Trail and took it to the top to see amazing sunset views (bring a flashlight for coming back down if you go at sunset and stay a while). It was an easy drive to hike Bell Rock and see all the beauty of Sedona (see Snoopy Rock while walking to the city). Traffic anywhere near Sedona is a nightmare with only one way in and out so we walked to get to restaurants or order delivery so we weren’t spending so much time in a car just to go a mile. Grand Canyon road trip from the house took a little over 2 hours leaving at 5 am on scenic route. At 1 pm when we left entrance gate was backed up 2 miles! Owners were very responsive with unexpected issues (not their fault - just normal house things) and quickly fixed it. Really appreciated the requested crib and high chair were there when we got there. Super helpful! If you hear screaming noises when sirens pass by, don’t panic like I did- probably just coyotes. We will definitely recommend these properties to anyone we know going that way.
