This was the perfect location to get to all the trailheads, restaurants, and shopping that 5 ladies could want. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos, and the layout worked great for all of us to have space on the two patios, enjoy the fireplace (inside & out). Would highly recommend to couples traveling together or girlfriends who don't mind sharing a king-size bed. The views and hot air balloons flying close by in the morning were spectacular.

the house is lovely and spotless. lots of towels, excellent kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes for a crowd. but not the chairs for a crowd: only 2 at round kitchen table, 6 at dining table and none in bedrooms. the only other seating is in living room. If a guest wanted to read quietly while others watching TV or put on shoes in the morning - no where to sit. also, wifi out for 2 days. we phoned but no response. luckily son is a tech guy and had his own hot spot and could turn TV back on. otherwise, an excellent choice of house and location .

The Goodrow house was amazing ! Views were beautiful.The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to prepare a meal, although we only used microwave and coffee maker. The house was VERY clean and laid out nicely. There were plenty of games and DVD's on hand for all ages. Garage had a ping pong table, but never did use it. There were two nice patios and the outdoor gas firepit was great for the cool evenings. The location is on a dead end quite street. If you arrive in the dark it might be a little harder to find, but google maps took us to it without any issues. We did arrive during daylight. We drove and caught shuttles at designated areas to take us to hiking trails. We did a short walk from house to catch the Verde shuttle to take us to Tluquepapue arts district and uptown, as parking there is very limited. The beds were extremely comfortable !!! Slept like a baby ! The shower in the primary bedroom was absolutely amazing !!! Our other guest also commented on how wonderful the shower was . Also , the entry was very easy,but the door does stick a little . We truly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Sedona. Especially if you are looking for a place in a quieter location and plenty of space to spread out.

The property was exactly as shown on the website. It was fully stocked for everything you might need. Exceptionally clean. The 3 separate suites were perfect since we went with 2 other couples.

The house is beautiful and well stocked.Jared is an amazing host-he goes above and beyond.We were a family of 5 adults-the parents and two adult sons and wife of one of the sons.We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and queen or king size beds.The kitchen is well stocked.I walked every morning and evening-I never made it to Sugarloaf trail-this is not easy to find and pretty far away, but the neighborhood is wonderful.There is a local donut and coffee place within walking distance we headed to daily (although, if you are looking for espressos-Jared has an amazing espresso machine in the kitchen!)You won't need a tour guide, Jared has left a binder full of fabulous recommendations for food and fun.I included a couple of photos from the driveway-so you can see the beauty from his door that surrounds you.If you are looking for Sedona-away from the crazy of downtown, this is it!!!

Long Weekend with Adult Kids

Goodrow Getaway Girls Weekend

This lovely house is located in close proximity to many hiking trails, restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen and common areas in the house were perfect for a group of 6, beds were very comfortable and we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend!!

Great Place

Really great house, 3 king beds, 3 bathrooms. The 3 of us all had our own spaces during the stay which was nice. Very clean and more modern design. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again, thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect place in Sedona

My family (5 adults, 1 yr old, and a dog) stayed here over New Years. It's the perfect location with easy access to Safeway, restaurants and Sedona hikes. The beds were very comfortable with a reasonably soft mattress and soft sheets. My son said the his mattress (right rear bedroom) had a depression at his head that was problematic for him but the others were perfect. There was plenty of room for us to cook, eat and hang out together when we weren't hiking. Most of the restaurants were fully booked or closed for new Years eve and day so we brought food in or cooked. We could have used instructions for the fireplace and there was no remote to turn it on (but we figured it out). The Nest smoke alarms had a bright motion activated light in the bedrooms but we were able to relocate them. The guide left by the owners was very helpful and thoughtful. They asked that we wear slippers inside but we normally do that so it wasn't an issue. Overall, we couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay in Sedona

We loved everything about our stay in Sedona, especially the accommodations, which were second to none. The process from check-in to check out was very smooth. The location and the amenities included with the VRBO were outstanding. I would highly recommend the Goodrow getaway for a stay in Sedona.

Week of Hiking and Golf in Sedona

The property was prefect for a week in Sedona. Excellent location for many activities and walking. The property is clean and modern. Well stocked. Very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!
