Welcome to Casa Verde where green is more than just the color of the house, it’s a lifestyle. We have taken great pride and care to furnish and source a beautiful space for you to enjoy.

Whether you are two couples traveling together or parents traveling with kids, you will appreciate the spacious and split floor plan and privacy of bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Even if you are just a couple looking for your Sedona getaway, the comfort and privacy this place affords will be sure to please!

The house was newly remodeled as of May 2022 and very lovingly appointed with sustainably-sourced furnishings. Some of the sustainable design includes the natural lighting from the skylights throughout, bed frames made from reclaimed wood and repurposed consignment items.

The kitchen is fully-stocked for you to enjoy cooking on the gas range, take-out from any of the delicious Sedona establishments, or happy hour at home!

The bedrooms are super plush with Tuft and Needle Mint mattresses, 100% cotton linens, ceiling fans, large tvs equipped with cable, and the rooms afford plenty of daylight yet come with black-out shades. There are also spacious closets situated throughout.

The king master bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk-in closet, as well as a sliding door leading to the back patio hideaway where you can enjoy yoga on the grass, tea or coffee in the nook surrounded by the trees, or just laze in the outdoor hammock.

The queen second bedroom’s bath is located right outside that door in a private hall - as close to an ensuite bath as you can get! (The hall has a door for added privacy and to make it an ensuite private bathroom.)

In addition to the two large bedrooms, there is a queen pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. The guests here would need to share the second bedroom's bathroom.

Guest access
As a guest, you will have access to the whole house and yard. The exception will be the garage, in which we do not provide access to, although there is plenty of driveway parking for up to 3 cars.


Other things to note
The cell phone service at the house is spotty, not great. The neighborhood around itself is ok enough to make a call.

The wifi at the property is enough to make wifi calls, send texts, FaceTime, zoom if those settings on your phone are enabled.

Lastly, this is a quiet community and ask for you to respect that nature of it! We only allow maximum 3 cars at the property, as there is no street parking and we do not offer use of the garage.
