Quaint Uptown Bungalow, Updated, Close to Shopping

A stylish bungalow w/large grassy backyard all to yourself with tranquility, yet steps to Sedona's elite shopping, art, & dining at Tlaquepaque or Hillside, many trails, & tours. Start your day off with your cup of coffee; watching the sunrise over the red rocks from inside or out. Take a stroll, hike up a mountain, grab a bite to eat, shop for art or other bobbles; maybe take a day lounging at home with a good book! Retreat back for an eye-catching sunset reflection on the red rocks; endless!

Sedona Mona Lisa includes 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. There is a futon couch in the living room with a comfort mat for it in the entry closet. The bathroom has a walkin shower and double sinks for your convenience. Each bedroom has a dresser and mirror. There is also a small stackable washer/dryer unit in the hallway closet. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you could need. Weber gas grill, cornhole and comfy seating outside or in! Enjoy one of two patios and/or the large grassy back yard! Entry to the home is off the carport. Relax, retreat, and revitalize!

Parking is located either in the carport or on the opposite side of the carport.

Quiet, quaint, walkable neighborhood close to coffee, restaurants, hiking, creek, resort, shopping, tours, etc!

Walkable location minutes from Sedona's Tlaquepaque shops, finest coffee, restaurants, retail, tours and more.

Los Abrigados resort is next door. Day pass available for purchase to enjoy pools, jacuzzi's, etc

Parking onsite and plenty of extra parking if needed.

We do get some Javelina in the middle of the night once in a while trying to knock over garbage cans in the neighborhood. So, please keep them bungy corded so you don't have a mess to clean up!
1. Please keep bungee cord on garbage can as we sometimes have Javelina in the neighborhood trying to knock over the cans and get into the garbage.
2.Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

Great location, excellent rental!

Love this house! When we walked into the house it smelled fresh and clean! Alway a must for a good first impression. There were three of us friends and we used all of the seating areas to sit and visit, inside and out. Kitchen was well appointed. The whole place was decorated nicely. The location was perfect for getting to the highway quickly as we took 89 several times to get to hiking destinations. And we walked to the Tlaquepaque shopping area several times. We all agreed that this was the perfect place for our friend trip! The owner communications were clear and prompt. Highly recommend this place!
