I’ve never given a poor review before. The day of arrival we were told to access the property with a key left under a specific mat (not a safe practice). When we arrived there was no key under the mat. We were eventually given a code to get in, but told it didn’t work to lockup. We found a key on our own that worked in the back of the unit to lock when leaving. The sliding glass door in the shower was unsafe as it was not attached and swung back and forth into the tub. The shower leaked badly onto the floor and into the hall. We used all the towels to soak up the floor. No dishwasher detergent. No garbage can ect. We were charged for a towel that had blush (washable makeup) on it and for our pet. I’m sure the cleaning service did not appreciate a pile of completely soaked towels and bath mat in the bathroom.I asked for a late checkout. I got a response well after we checked out on time. However the location is excellent and we had a good time hiking and shopping.
