This was a series of bad communication, extra work to stay (legal documents), and overall horrible expectations management. The final straw was a last minute notice that you cant drink the water and they knew weeks in advance and only told us an hour after we had checked in. The cleaning product smell was so strong we could not be in the space for 2 hours until we had aired it out. A blanket we were told was on its way and never arrived. The location is beautiful but the hassle was totally inconsiderate and at times borderline devious. When asked for a refund or discount they were strong on empathy but without action.
