"The unit we stayed in was very nice, but kitchen floors were dirty, very little plates and utensils. Windows had some kind of haze on them, along with some kind of stain on the bedroom window. We asked to have them cleaned, but if they did clean them you couldn’t tell. One of the lighter bedroom drapes was ripped on a section. The bed mattress was not comfortable at all, and imo needs to be replaced. The tv reception wasn’t working at all for the first day but was fixed by the next day, so take that for what it is. Found several bugs in the bedroom and bathroom but hey, it’s the Arizona desert, right? Overall we really enjoyed the facility and area. The detail to cleaning and upkeep on unit could have been a little better."
