We are so wonderfully blessed to have finally found our sweet Sedona home, "JVRSweet Sedona". Fantastic views, five minute walk to hiking, walk to uptown and so very peaceful and quiet! Updated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, one level, mid century modern rambler with all the amenities for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Rain Shower, 3 King Beds, 2 Recliners, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Sleeper Swing, 2 Fire Places, Ping Pong/Pool/Air Hockey table, Hammock, Yoga Mats and Meditation Cushions. Fantastic Red Rock Views and Wildlife . . . are just a few of our home's highlights.

Fully equipped kitchen - Enjoy the Red Rock Views while making your favorite meals. Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker, Double Oven, Cook Top, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender, Waffle Maker, Crock Pot, Panini/Grill Press, Electric Griddle, Pots and Pans, Wine Glasses, Margarita Glasses, Hand Mixer, Spices etc. This is our home and we like to cook so our kitchen is well equipped.

Dining area - Gather together and enjoy Red Rock views while dining at a table that easily seats eight people.

Arizona Room - Fantastic Red Rock views, TV and a fireplace. Relaxing chairs and a game table for those fun card games, board games, puzzles and more. Separation of space so that some can be watching TV in the living room and others can be enjoying peace and quiet in the Arizona room or watching their favorite show.

Living Room - Enjoy Red Rock views while watching the 55 Inch Smart Television with Cable. Leather couch and chairs for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Pool, Ping Pong and Air Hockey 3 in 1 table to keep the kids entertained (adults too! :))

Den - Fantastic Red Rock Views while relaxing in serenity. Two electric leather recliners.

Office area - Enjoy the Red Rock views while working! Desk and chair.

Master Bedroom - Red Rock Views, King Bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a Rain Shower.

Second Bedroom - Red Rock Views, King Bed, Bunk Beds and TV.

Covered Porch with incredible 180 degrees Red Rock views, a two person glider and relaxing chairs.

Newly constructed attached Casita is owner's personal space and is not occupied and is not available for use or rent.

No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property. Absolutely, no pets as owner is highly allergic. There are security cameras located on the outside front, the outside side, and the outside rear of our home for security reasons. If you would like the rear security cameras turned off during your stay, please notify us in writing through the Vrbo messaging app at least three days prior to your stay. Thank you!

Great stay in an awesome location

Really nice spot close by and walking distance to town. Good access to hiking and everything. The house was clean and well kept. Had 0 issues getting checked in and out.

Loved the place, everything in good working order. Lot of nice nooks for people to hang out. Hot tub was a blast. Beautiful dark night skies, would definitely stay again.

Home has amazing views inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable. You might want to bring house shoes/slippers because the owners request shoes taken off at the door. Location very convenient to upper Sedona and I did enjoy the nearby hiking trails.

What a wonderful place

We had a great stay in this house while in Sedona. It was walking distance to uptown shops and restaurants and the mountain views from the backyard were outstanding.

Amazing Views

The location and views make this property very special. You have 360 degree views of the redrocks from the backyard. You can definitely walk into town in about 20 minutes and there is a great brewery on way in to stop and "take a break". The house is large with several rooms to spread out. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. The kitchen could use some updating but it all works and is clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Just As Represented!

This home was everything represented, and more! The views were incredible! The location is perfect for walking or driving into town. We took a day trip to the Grand Canyon South Rim and it was great to return in the evening to the very comfortable living space and beds! We will definitely return!

Wonderful house and beautiful location!

This was our first time vacationing in the Sedona area and everything about this house was perfect! The ad description was accurate and the house was stocked with everything needed for our 4 night/5 day stay. Our family had a great time and the location is so conveniently close to the downtown Sedona area. I highly recommend staying here.

Even better than expected!

This Sedona property offered an outstanding experience! Everything about the home was as advertised and then some. It offered a perfect sprawling floor plan for families to spread out and enjoy the various areas, inside and out. Jane, the host was attentive with communication. The neighborhood is located in a perfect location and is a spot to during your trip to the Grand Canyon!
