Sun rise and Moon rise are both mesmerizing from the front porch and living room windows. You will be able to enjoy the famous rock formations of Sedona from your windows. Great room seating can accommodate all the guests at one place making this a perfect home for groups and families. Ideally located near Art gallery's and hiking trails. Cant ask for a more convenient location than this. Home has central AC and Heating, lots parking and open space.

But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! Sedona AZ Visit

The property is in a great location. The house is as described and very comfortable. Sid and his assistant were very accommodating and responded right away. We had a small problem when we arrived. We tried to go from the house to the garage so that we could unload the car and the alarm went off and we did not have the code to deactivate. We were able to resolve with a phone call. I would suggest that a sign be placed on the door saying that it is not to be accessed and possibly lock it. If we return to the Sedona area again we would try to book this property.

Great place to stay to explore Sedona

We had an amazing time exploring Sedona and the Grand Canyon. This house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and in a great location to get everywhere you needed to go around town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for the small amount of cooking we did, and it was nice to have spacious bathrooms and an option to do laundry. The broken arrow trail, along with others, is about half a mile up the road so one day we walked there and did that hike, which was a nice way to avoid parking issues in the busy lot. Thanks for a great stay!
