「Great location but no water view」

「We recently stayed at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The property is very run down and appears to be in serious need of maintenance. Our room was not clean, and there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. The TV did not work, the heater was broken and seemed unsafe, and the bathroom door actually jammed while my child was inside, which was very frightening. 「The room was spacious and clean. The ceilings were higher that normal, so the room felt larger. CNN was actually available as a Cable TV choice. A convenient location.」
