"The hotel is uphill with beautiful views of the mountains. The sunset was incredible. Be aware the road is unsealed the last kilometre and you need to WhatsApp message the hotel in advance of arrive for them to open the entry gate. Staff were very friendly and accomodating even though our Spanish is terrible. This is a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms and we had the place to ourselves. Top Secas Hotel Reviews

Eb hotel By Eurobuilding Quito Airport

10/10 Excellent

"This is a high-class hotel in every way!"

Termas de Papallacta

10/10 Excellent

"This was a great last minute find. We rented a car at the Quito airport and drove to Papallacta. The drive was beautiful and easy. The spa and hotel are amazing. We only stayed overnight, but wish we had more time there. To get the full experience, stay for at least 3 days/2 nights. One day for the spa and thermal pools and another day hiking the National Park. Check in is at 3. Check out is at 1 but you can leave your vehicle in their parking lot and hike up the mountain. So beautiful! Words cant even describe it."

Quinta la Constanza

8/10 Good

"This hotel is more like an upscale motel with one story side by side rooms in multiple buildings. The grounds are a well maintained green yard with flowering bushes, sidewalks and even a couple llamas peacefully grazing. The staff was very friendly but speak limited English and the breakfast of fresh fruit with yogurt & granola, juice, eggs and cheese tortilla “sandwiches” was lovely. Do have to point out the coffee is instant Nescafé with or without hot milk. The rooms are clean & simply furnished with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The downsides - no blackout curtains, no hairdryers and bed linens wide enough when the bed is made up but a bit shy with 2 people in it. Also, sound insulation is not great. We could hear our neighbor’s radio loud and clear."

San Jose de Puembo Quito Airport, an Ascend Collection Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I have stayed a few times and it is a beautiful place. It combines the countryside colonial life style and architecture with the modern confort and technology. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast amazing. Convenient location to stay away from the city but yet not too far."

Springhills Quito Airport

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were great. The airport shuttle worked very well and breakfast was good. The shower and bathroom was very nice. Filtered water was available in the office and the grounds were nice with places to sit. The room was pretty small by tolerable. We highly recommend this hotel."
