「The property was clean and well stocked with everything you need. We were greeted with fresh flowers and homemade baked goods. The property owner was very responsive to communications and provide a folder with everything you need concerning the house and local attractions. It was a very pleasant stay.」

「Our stay was wonderful. The house is perfect for a family trip. Love that there are 3 queen beds. Great location for the family wedding that we attended. The views from the deck are great. Highly recommended!!!」

「The property easily accommodates 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. Marty is friendly and he is responsive within a very, very short period of time for questions or concerns. The location is close to Popham beach, Totman beach and many other locations, including Sebago Resort (a 5 minute walk), Bath and Brunswick. It is a no-frills house, but extremely comfortable. Our family has stayed there for a week 2 years in a row and intend to return for 2 weeks next summer.」
