GROUND FLOOR
The entrance to Red House access by steps into a hallway which leads to a cosy lounge featuring 2 sofas, fire place and tv providing a relaxing space to unwind.
The open-plan kitchen diner is bright and well-equipped, with a dual fuel range cooker, washing machine, microwave, and a dining table with chairs. A breakfast bar offers additional seating.
FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a 2nd bedroom accommodates 3 guests in a single bed and bunk beds.
The family bathroom includes a charming roll top bath with separate walk-in shower attachment, the property also has the benefit of a separate walk in shower.
OUTSIDE
A garden cabin is available May to October for hire at an additional cost of £70 per week. This cabin features twin 3ft beds, a seating area, a WC, and a hand basin—perfect for families needing extra space or those seeking independence.

Off-road parking is available for up to 2 cars (one for a vehicle up to 4.5m and one for up to 3.5m).

PLEASE NOTE:
Young children must be supervised on the stairs and upper landing as the spindles which are original to the house are unusually wide. (approximately 8 inches)
This property can accept a maximum of 2 pets.
A pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £200 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
