Our newly renovated suite in the heart of West Seattle is near the Alaska Junction, Morgan Junction, Alki Beach, and Water Taxi. Across the street is the 21-bus line which connects to Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Lumen Field, and T-mobile Park. The West Seattle Golf Course and West Seattle Nursery are mins away. Easy access to 509/99/I5 and a short drive to SEA-TAC airport. Free Parking on the driveway. Also, the wifi at over 400mbps is perfect for remote work.

Everything you need in your "Home away from home" including 2 Bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Queen bed with memory foam mattress for your comfort in the main bedroom. Also, there is dedicated workspace with comfortable office chair, desk lamp and dry erase board. Full-length mirror, closet with extra blankets, luggage rack and hangers for your belongings. We also provide play/pack crib with crib mattress and sheets for your little one.
Guest bedroom has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses, closet with luggage rack, hangers and extra blankets. Enjoy your favorite read on the accent chair in the corner of the room!
Take a hot bath after a busy day at work (you can find a bath salt in the bathroom vanity). For your convenience we provide face cleaning soap, makeup removing wipes, and makeup towels.
Well stocked kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, blender, tea kettle and coffee maker. Dishware, flatware, cookware and bakeware are also available. Prepare delicious meals for you and your family! In addition, there is aluminum foil, parchment paper, wrap foil, napkins, to-go cups, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and other spices. Also, we provide a baby chair for your comfort.
Enjoy your favorite movies, TV-shows and videos with your family and friends on the comfortable sofa in the living area. Board games, playing cards, kids coloring books are located in the drawers of the coffee table.
Laundry room is located in the kitchen, and it is equipped with laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Perfect overnight getaway

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was so helpful letting us park before check-in and giving us tips on how to get to T-Mobile for the Mariners game. Everything was as it was shown on the listing and it was very clean. Would stay again!

Great Stay

Exceptionally clean upon arrival, nice, modern decor and good quality sheets/towels, etc. Good lighting, and the labeling in the kitchen made everything super easy to find and was a really great idea! Nice area with food, shops not to far away, easy access to rest of Seattle area.

Seattle Getaway!

The space was clean and welcoming. As well as host communication was great! It was a bit noisy at times during the night from upstairs but other than that it was a great stay and I would recommend for short term rentals!

Home was very clean and inviting. Although location is on a busy street, the home was extremely quiet. Owner checked in on us to make sure all was well. Very easy to contact her. All it all it was perfect for our needs. Parking a plus.

Clean and comfortable

This was the perfect place to stay in town when my best friend flew in late from Boston and we didn't want to make the drive back to my home on the Olympic Peninsula that late. We stayed in this beautifully appointed basement apartment that felt like a separate home. Cozy and clean, with kind and friendly hosts, I will definitely consider staying here again and referring my friends.

Very cozy stay for us. Directions were clear and I liked that things were labeled. It was clean and had very cute holiday decor added. Such thoughtful amenities that I took an idea or two for my own house! We walked to the library and coffee shop across the street, which was convenient.

Perfect little place

My daughter and I stayed here while we were in Seattle to find locations for her to live later in the year, and this spot was the perfect jumping off point,as it is close to the bus. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the owner was very responsive and available. The tea selection in the home can't be beat! Thank you for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Great space for a family getaway!

Hristina was a great host. The space was beautifully decorated with attention to details and fairly quiet as the home is located on a rather busy street. The property is located below the residence which was surprisingly spacious and quiet where the bedrooms are located. We all slept well. The city is a short drive away, as is the airport. Everything seemed to be close by and we really enjoyed our time in Seattle.

This was an amazing stay. It was my absolutely favorite stay away from home. It was exactly like it describes which is a home away from home. The apartment was beautifully put together and had anything you can think of needing and more. It was very calm and safe feeling. The vackyard has a beautiful view of the mountains. Beautiful home in West Seattle

Hristina's home was the perfect place to spend a night in West Seattle. The location is fantastic with easy access by car or bus to Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and very quiet given the great location on a main road. Hristina is very thoughtful and responsive - I could not have asked for a better host! We had a great stay

One of the very best properties we've ever stayed at! The suite is spacious, clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and very cozy. It has everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay. The location is great (very close to Seattle downtown) and there is a parking spot on the site for your car. Hristina, the host, is amazing! Very friendly, caring and quick to respond to any requests. The welcome basket with yummy snacks was very much appreciated! :) Thank you! It was a fabulous stay. I wish we had more time to enjoy it!

Troll Tour

Very clean, and several thoughtful touches. Not sure if it was noted that there are stairs to get in and out. I am disabled, but was able to navigate a steep stairway to the basement. Also, it is difficult to find the unit, once on the property, as there is no signage. The owner came out to help us. The couch was unusable for me, as it was just inches off the floor.
