I booked this place with a friend to visit another friend during his birthday, and it ended up being just the right fit for us. The property, located between Ravenna and Bryant, is in a quiet residential area of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. There was a nice corner cafe a short walk away that we ate at, along with other restaurants a short distance away. My friend drove, so being able to park in the driveway was very handy for us.
Check-in was very straightforward, communication with the host was very prompt, and the property was spotless upon arrival. The presence of AC was very welcome as it was starting to get warm outside on certain days. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, and my friend told me that the sofa-bed was more comfortable than he was expecting as well. The living room was spacious and allowed us to spend an afternoon comfortably hanging out in it with our Seattle friends. We didn't utilize the kitchen a ton, but appreciated that it was there. The host supplied a booklet of various recommendations in the area as well as detailed yet straightforward check-out instructions.
All in all, it was a very clean and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood, and it was everything that it was described as. Thank you!
