ホテル内も部屋もとても綺麗でした。 バスルームには、バスタオル2枚・フェイスタオル1枚・ハンドタオル1枚・タオルマット1枚、また、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ・ボディローションがあり、洗面台にはドライヤー・石鹸・ティッシュペーパーもあり、とてもありがたいです。 その他、キッチン周りまで揃っているのはとても嬉しかったです。 小さい冷凍スペース付きの冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・包丁や食器類・食洗機・キッチンペーパー・ケトル・コーヒーメーカー・紅茶やドリップコーヒーなども置いてありました。 コンセントも多め。 テレビあり。 空調あり。 とても快適でした。ありがとうございました。

Clean room. Smooth check-in. Pretty late check-in but good luggage storage options nearby if your flight is early. Safe neighborhood and very close to the pike place market and downtown Seattle. Definitely recommend and will likely return

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Pike Place Market. Loved having a kitchenette to make breakfast in before heading out for the day. And we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Parking anywhere in this area is tough, but there is a paid lot right near the building that you can use during your stay. Would book here again.

While the location is good, one side faces Hwy 5 and the other a dirty alley. I had issues with a smoke detector chirping in the middle of the night and a noisy bathroom fan. Maintenance took care of it though

It was clean, easy check in & provided us with what we needed. It is on a bustling street And was really loud with people & cars. It’s great if you are part of the the fun but if you want to sleep before 3am, maybe look for other options.

The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet despite being close to the road. I only noticed one small housekeeping oversight (a few hairs left on the bathroom wall), otherwise everything was well maintained. We struggled with the code for the elevator when we arrived late, but the staff was responsive. However, our stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. One morning, my partner encountered a naked man in the elevator. This was extremely inappropriate and alarming. Kasa’s Trust & Safety team reviewed the CCTV footage but haven't yet identified the person (the incident happened 10 days ago). While they were responsive, the incident highlighted the risks of having no staff on site. I would encourage future guests to be aware of this limitation. The accommodation itself is good, but guest safety and common decency need stronger safeguards.

Checkin in was easy enough being automated, but there were a few let downs that added up to a less than stellar stay. There was several small stains on the bedsheets, comforter and pillowcases. They looked like wine/blood, and other bodily fluids... There was very little to no hot water for the shower and sink. It only got lukewarm or not at all. The drainage was terrible in the bathroom, pooling up in the bathtub and sink. The nightstands and TV console were very dusty. There was a very strong garbage smell on entering the third floor which was noxious.

When we arrived at our unit it was nice and clean, but when we tried to use shower the drain was plugged, resulting in water not draining. I made a maintenance request, no help came to fix the issue. I then called and was told it would get dealt with but nothing happened out while stay of two nights so we were not able to shower. Not a very good experience.

Highly Recommended! Loved My Stay — Everything I Needed and More! I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed — honestly, even more than I expected. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the space felt thoughtfully equipped for both a short or extended stay. The kitchenette was a huge plus and included a refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap, and plenty of space to sit and relax. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, laundry detergent, and other essentials. Being able to wash my clothes during my stay was incredibly convenient. Self check-in was easy and seamless, and I loved that I could have DoorDash delivered directly to my door. The location was another highlight. It’s a short walk to the convention center and Paramount Theatre, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very walkable, and having the Link light rail just down the street made getting to other destinations around the city easy and convenient along with SeaTac airport stop… so I didn’t need to rent a car or park. But paid parking is available close by. And the rooftop lounge was the perfect bonus — beautiful views and a great place to relax! Kasa really had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars — I loved it!

My wife and I stayed at Kasa Capitol Hill for three nights and while we were there, we experienced an insanely strong stench outside the apartment and on the lobby and room floor. Luckily our room was spared from the stench but going in and out was a nightmare. I reached out to Kasa and their chatbot stated that they would look in to the problem and responded that the garbage compactor on the main floor wasn't working but had been cleared since. They stated that they would use an "odor-neutralizing spray" and that the smell would be cleared up--this was Monday afternoon. By the time we left on Wednesday morning, the smell was still present in the elevator and lobby although outside was somewhat less. If this wasn't an issue, I would give Kasa 5/5 stars but the fact that they didn't fully resolve the issue left a bad taste in my mouth (and my nose!). They offered to give me a $50 refund which I appreciated but felt wasn't enough for the level of disturbance it caused.

This place was a headache from the start. We got into the city late and our door wouldn't open for us, and it took way too long chatting with the customer service for them to believe me that the code wasn't working. They gave us a new room eventually, but the ac didn't work. Wi-Fi was pretty bad, the tv in the room was useless without solid Wi-Fi. Then one evening was woken up at 3am by fire alarms, and spent 45 min outside waiting for the fire department to come and let us back in. Another resident said that the fire alarms went off 3 times in one week and is very sensitive. I think it went off after we left because we got a bunch of automated texts after leaving saying we were setting off the noise sensors in the rooms. Overall kind of a stressful place to stay
