Clean room. Smooth check-in. Pretty late check-in but good luggage storage options nearby if your flight is early. Safe neighborhood and very close to the pike place market and downtown Seattle. Definitely recommend and will likely return

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Pike Place Market. Loved having a kitchenette to make breakfast in before heading out for the day. And we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Parking anywhere in this area is tough, but there is a paid lot right near the building that you can use during your stay. Would book here again.

Very clean room and Libby areas as well. It was easy to self check in, they send you the code for the front door, elevator and room. You can also use the laundry and fitness room. My only hiccup here was on my second to last day, they texted me saying I was creating noise. I wasn't even in the room. I replied to that message and it was cleared up. There was some sort of fire alarm going off by mistake I was able to get a later check out time as well And this room is like a mini apartment. Even a stove top

The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet despite being close to the road. I only noticed one small housekeeping oversight (a few hairs left on the bathroom wall), otherwise everything was well maintained. We struggled with the code for the elevator when we arrived late, but the staff was responsive. However, our stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. One morning, my partner encountered a naked man in the elevator. This was extremely inappropriate and alarming. Kasa’s Trust & Safety team reviewed the CCTV footage but haven't yet identified the person (the incident happened 10 days ago). While they were responsive, the incident highlighted the risks of having no staff on site. I would encourage future guests to be aware of this limitation. The accommodation itself is good, but guest safety and common decency need stronger safeguards.

The property is not very clean. The first thing I noticed when going into the building was the smell of trash or vomit. It was horrible. The trash can next to the elevator seemed to be partly responsible for that smell, but it did also feel like someone puked in the hallway, maybe multiple people. The room was decent when I first checked in. It was not until later that I noticed the king size bed was not supported on one side. The mattress would sink down about 6-8" at the left side, I almost fall off the bed when I rolled over to the edge. Up on further inspection, it seems the hardware to support the mattress was not correct. The owner used the wrong size frame under the mattress which left 1 side unsupported. I'm not sure why they didn't get the right parts from Ikea to be installed, maybe they are just using something they have on hand and didn't want to pay to get the correct parts? I can only guess. There was no one on site to come and address the issue. This property is not a hotel, maybe an apartment building that owners rent out when they are not using it? The remote support staff said they can move me to a different room. In any case, this is not a good experience. Not recommended.
