**Floor Plan**
• This is a one-level home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 1100 sqft. Accessible with a few steps to the front door and an adjoining fenced side yard.
• The primary bedroom boasts a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, with the second bathroom situated in the hallway.
• The living room includes a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
