Property was perfect for our large group flying in from all over the country to catch the Packers game. Mixed group of kids and adults and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax, lots of sleeping options too. Bus line was so convenient for everything from getting groceries to visiting downtown to getting to the stadium. Excellent stay! Thank you!
We.needed a place that could handle 7 people and it had to be close to downtown but in a safe neighborhood. This place delivered. We were even able to park our two cars in the garage. We used it for a place to stay before our Alaskan cruise.
A little hard to find, but what a gem! Wonderful location with a view of the water. Close enough to walk to an amazing coffee/donut shop Top Pot. Very clean and plenty of space. Great and easy communication with the owner. Thank you so much!!
Great for adults staying in town for a night or two
We checked in and I couldn’t unlock the door so I called the owners who answered immediately with my code (my fault not theirs!) so that was wonderful how easy it was to get a hold of them.
Space is large, and had AC. Enough beds for all my friends.
Plenty of toilets as well.
The location is amazing and I would stay in this area again for sure!
Lots of towels and linens (in the downstairs closet so make sure to check down there!)
Walls could use a coating of paint but all in all it was a great place :)
We loved staying here!! Great location, house set up and beautiful view of Elliott bay!! Our little grandkids ended up not making it but we thought this was a great house!!
With beautiful views and situated in lovely Queen Anne neighborhood, this rental was exactly what we desired for our family's vacation. The VRBO owner, Vidya, was simply fabulous. Allowing us to check in early, as well as delivering a new coffee maker when the old one died, Vidya was easy to reach and responded almost immediately. Our only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable iving room sofa bed. To remedy that issue, we simply took the mattress off the sofa and put it directly on the floor. Problem solved.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Vidya, for making our Seattle stay so nice.
All I can say is the view was beautiful and the beds were comfy. The house needed lots of Maintenence, such as new paint, fixing ceiling, plastered walls, pictures hanging and fixtures in bathrooms.. For such a beautiful and expensive house we expected better care of such a colonial home. There were no towels to accommodate our group. The bathrooms had no soap , or toilet paper. The cost was astronomical for a large group. The owner communicated lousy. Beware this property charges per person and that is not communicated on the ad and has no cancellation policy. Our family has found nicer for half the price. The parking is difficult and it was not convenient to get to. Make sure you don’t have a low riding vehicle. Our family would not recommend this place.
I stayed here with my 3 adult sons. The house was very nice. Pro tip: enter through the alley. The master bedroom has 2 beds and a very spacious bathroom with a big tub. There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs. The main floor has a large kitchen and family room with a foosball table. We loved all the space and the nice views.
Very nice property with plenty of space, in a great Seattle location. Good parking in back and in front. Plenty of seating. Good appliances. Overall a wonderful time.
The house was perfect for our group of 8 prior to an Alaskan cruise. We could see the ships leaving on the other days. Great location. The only negatives were the front landscaping desperately needed cleaning up and the sofa in the main floor living area was broken. Everything else was great and we did not let these two things spoil our stay.
Super clean property and just as presented in pictures. It has a great deck on a upper level overlooking the Puget Sound. The beds are very comfortable, and the Master Suite is fabulous! The kitchen is high end, although we never cooked in it. This house was the perfect place to unwind with our family after an Alaskan cruise. Wish we could have spent more time at the house, but we enjoyed seeing some of Seattle and visiting friends and family who live there. Highly recommend this property !!
Great home for a group of relatives heading to Alaska. We stayed 2 days in Seattle . The home was in walking distance of many sites. It had a beautiful view of the water. Vidya was very accommodating and easy to contact.
This property was perfect. I don't think it could have been better. Beautiful, clean , and a perfect location! There were 7 of us: 3 seniors, 2 adults, and 3 children ages 12-14. This house was so well-equipped and it was so easy to get back and forth to the city. (The bus stop is right in front!) Although we didn't meet, Vidya was so helpful and always responded quickly to our texts. There was more than enough room for our group and more. The appliances were modern, the beds comfortable and the view incredible. What more could anyone want? Nothing would make this rental better! Thank you so much!
