"The hotel is in a good location, close to dining, ferries and the wharf are. The streets are very steep so it’s a good walk up the hill from the wharf. Parking is across the street in a parking garage. Downstairs is a small cafe that we used for coffee, pastries and wine. There’s also a small bar. They both offer a discount to those staying at the hotel.
That’s the good, now the not so good. This area is noisy at night. Lots of sirens and loud cars. Also, our room was so hot. A/C isn’t turned on until late May, so we were able to open the window a couple of inches but that didn’t really help. The last night we were given a small fan for the room, which helped a little.
The employees were nice"
