The unit does not have air conditioning, but we provide floor fans for your comfort during warmer weather. Let us know if you'd like us to adjust the central thermostat, as the control is located upstairs in the other unit.

    Parking: Please do not park in the driveway, as it is reserved for our family. Ample free street parking is available.
