Great staff, easy checkin, lovely rooftop relaxing area. Only downside was the elevator was out of commission the morning we checked out. We had checkin store some of our luggage the night before and we carried some of our luggage down (we are in our 70's). We then helped an elderly couple with their luggage as they couldn't possibly carry down 4 flights. Although we were advised staff could help, the front desk was quite busy at that time. Would stay again, the experience was A other than the elevator.

Aug 3, 2019Transportation is expensive and rates change, taxis are. Taxis are expensive, they will take you for a much long r ride than required.

Jul 17, 2019Be prepared for crowds and long lines at Terminal 91, as several ships embark from this terminal at the same time. But the port staff is terrific and very helpful.
