「We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 nights and were very well surprised by the service we received. The B&B is very big, with a good sized swimming pool and games room. Craig is very friendly, welcoming and a great host! A very clear lover of football, which my partner certainly appreciated!! We are going to book to stay again at a later date and have recommended to family and friends to stay. Thank you for a lovely stay and hope to see you again in the future ☺️」

「Just staying a couple of nights in Exeter on a cycling trip. This was economical and convenient, about 15 minute walk into the centre. Room was typical student accommodation: compact, en suite toilet and shower, Wi-Fi/Tea Making/towels / no TV. Room was clean, check-in was easy with friendly helpful staff who also offered secure cycle storage. Breakfast was extra in the main dining hall. Everything was OK for me. 」

「Fantastic traditional B&B close the centre of Dawlish and a short walk from all transport options. We booked last minute but the hosts Ian and Nikki were pleased to accommodate us and provided comfortable clean rooms and a delicious award winning breakfast. Only caveat is the car park is relatively tight and might present a problem for drivers of larger SUVs but Ian was on hand upon arrival to greet arriving guests and ensure the parking worked out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will...

「We would definitely recommend the Groveside. Hosts friendly and helpful. Everything was to a high standard...cleanliness, breakfast. 5 minute walk to the shops and sea-front. Free parking on site. Intimate garden with tables and chairs. Buses go to lots of local places including Exeter and Lyme Regis. Local pubthe Swan , good food and ambiance. If you can get to Topsham, there's a restaurant called The Galley which we would highly recommend. 」
