New to rental market, 8 years young, delightful 3-bedroom house in Ortley Beach

Centrally located in Ortley Beach, this home is perfect for family vacations. Comfortably sleeps 6-8. Park the car and walk everywhere. Pickleball courts, mini golf, arcades, restaurants are just around the corner. Five minute walk to the 7th avenue beach access. Ten minute walk to bayside parks with basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy fishing, crabbing and water sports at Sunset Beach, just blocks away. Fifteen minute walk to the northern end of the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Relax out on the front deck, on the backyard patio or in the garage. Grill available upon request. We provide bath towels and bed linens. Guests must bring own pillows. 6 beach badges included. There will be an $80 fee charged for any lost beach badge. Four beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. Guest must bring own beach towels. Home has external ring security cameras. Must be 25 years old to rent and be in the house during the rental. No prom, graduation or events of any kind.
