* bedroom #3 (master, on the 2nd floor): 1 KING
* bedroom # 4 (on the 3rd floor/top floor): 1 QUEEN

(3). Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back doors.

(4). READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be accepted.
* A government issued ID is required to complete booking.
* Must sign rental agreement for reservations to be considered completed.
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
* All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. The age requirements do not apply to families with children. If you are booking for others, you must be staying in the property for the duration of your reservation.

This property is absolutely everything we could have asked for and perfectly fit our needs for a family vacay. If you’re looking for a shore house that’s clean, and conveniently located, and that meets all of your needs w/ amenities— this one is it. It’s newly renovated, includes parking, and is so close to the beach you can see it from the top floor deck! The host was so kind and communicative, the entire place was so so clean We absolutely had the best time here!

Great place to stay during an unexpected trip to the Jersey Shore in December

Fantastic rental!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful rental property!! The house is brand new, has tons of bedrooms/bathrooms/personal spaces, located less than a block from the beach/boardwalk (great for families with small children) and the owner was quick to respond when we had a question! I will definetly rent this house again when we come back to Seaside Heights!

Great house.

The owners are wonderful and the house is amazing. It’s in the middle of the chaos of seaside. The kids loved it…my husband and I could have used more quiet…but the house is amazing and very well stocked.

The rental house was perfect for us. It was well appointed, clean, close to the beach, and had garage and driveway parking for multiple cars. The multiple levels of decks with partial views of the ocean were a special treat in the mornings and especially at sunset. Michelle was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Such a great stay at this seaside house. The house was exceptionally clean and perfect for a family get away. The best part was the communication with the property manager was very timely and well done. There wasn’t a single question that went unanswered or expectation that wasn’t met. Can’t recommend this home enough.

Amazing experience

This property was absolutely perfect! The location could not have been better. We were within a few steps to the beach and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the host was awesome! She responded back very quickly when I had a question and made sure our check in was very easy. Hands down would stay here again.

A Must Stay Location

The house was everything and more than what we were expecting. It is in a GREAT location, mere steps away from the boardwalk. Spacious rooms and great common spaces make a family gathering possible. You get views of the water on either side of you. The house is a perfect getaway! I cannot recommend staying at this house enough. If we ever find ourselves in the area, we know where we hope to stay each and every time.

picturesque home in seaside hts !!

The pictures just about say it all! this is brand new construction 1 block from the boardwalk and beach . The house was extremely clean and the owner was very quick to answer any questions ! loved the roof top deck and master deck! also best italian rest around the corner called breaking bread! amazing stay ..

Beautiful rental

The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a living room on the main floor and a smaller living room on the 4th floor. It has 3 balconies with furniture and is literally across the street from the boardwalk and beachcomber restaurant/bar. The property is brand new and is clean and beautiful.

Seaside Family Week

We loved this house. There was plenty of room for all of us, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great to be able to park 4 cars. Spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck. All provided items such as linens, beach chairs, furniture etc. were in great shape. Most importantly our host Michelle was quickly responsive and helpful to any question we had. Great week!

Lovely home in a great location!

We had a great family getaway! The house was very impressive, beautifully decorated and gave a serene and welcoming vibe. Everything was very new and clean and it was clear that the host had gone out of their way to add little touches to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The location is terrific, very close to the beach and boardwalk and restaurants. We traveled with family and there were several floors and multiple bathrooms which allowed for space and privacy. The host was very responsive on any questions. We loved the roof deck!

Race weekend

We were in town for a race about 30mins away and though what the heck, let's go by the beach. The house is new, clean and great location. It fit our needs perfectly. Enough room for everyone and it didn't feel cramped. Michelle was a great host and answered promptly to any questions I had. Will definitely go back if we do the race next year or even for a quick getaway.

Perfect for extended family!

My husband and I, along with my sister, brother-in-law and our two young adult nephews stayed for three nights over Christmas. The house was very clean and and even more spacious than expected from the listing. Michelle, the host, was super helpful, and responded almost immediately when we had a question about a minor malfunction in one of the smoke alarms. (It was an easy fix!). The beds were all comfortable, the kichen is well supplied, and the bathroom toiletries are nice. We hope to stay there again!
