(D). IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
(1). Garage & driveway parking (not blocking driveway) & 1 street parking at the end of own driveway.

(2). ONLY LOW-SHEDDING dogs are allowed at a fee. Contact host for an additional fee for 2nd dog.

(3). Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back doors.

(4). READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be accepted.
* A government issued ID is required to complete booking.
* Must sign rental agreement for reservations to be considered completed.
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
* All guests must be 25 or older, unless they are part of a family traveling with young children. Any guest under the age of 25 is required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Additionally, the person who made the booking must remain on-site throughout the entire visit.
