Welcome to our newly built Seaside Heights retreat, just two blocks from the beach! This modern beach house boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 3,000 square feet of stylish living space. Enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop balcony, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, or gather for a barbecue on the patio. With ample room for relaxation and entertainment, our home is the perfect coastal getaway. We can't wait to host you!

Guests will have access to the entire home including all bedrooms, the garage, all balconies and the backyard.

*** No parties or gatherings. No Proms or high school groups. The occupancy set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. Guests who violate the occupancy terms set forth in the listing agreement or receive complaints from the neighbors may be removed from the home prior to the conclusion of their stay.

*** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

*** If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however this still requires a single level of stairs to access.

*** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge
