"Condo had everything we needed. Clean and nicely decorated. The combination washer/dryer although small was very convenient. The beach is steps away and the heated pool is directly down the steps. The Tiki staff were very helpful and we met some amazing people. Easy communication with the host and we appreciated an early check in. Highly recommend and we hope to return!"

"Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. The property is just steps away from the beach and is really close to some of the popular gathering spots on the island. Would stay here again."

"Rental was very clean and had great direct access to the beach. The grounds were very nice and even the amenities were great. The owners were very responsive and helpful with checking in and instructions. The Patio was nice and had a nice side vantage view of the beach. "

"GREAT location, close walk to beach for my elderly mother. Lots of beach items to use (chairs, umbrellas). Owner was accommodating to our early check in request so my mother could rest after a long day of travel. Quick communication! Well worth the price!"
