カリフォルニアハイウェイ1の東の丘の中腹にあるこの居心地の良い2階建ての家は、グアララのダウンタウンから5マイル南にある美しい草原の景色を提供しています。 タイドプールに行って、1マイル西にあるシェルビーチで地元のアザラシを見て、西2マイル未満の砂浜のウォークオンビーチを散歩し、晴れた日をオールソンレクリエーションセンターの温水プール、サウナ、テニスコートで楽しんでくだ���い南に2マイル。

自然な梁の天井、ビルトイン窓の座席、豪華なリクライニングチェアを備えたリビングスペースは、すぐに自宅にいるように感じます。 付属のログを使用して、woodストーブで朝の火を作り、窓のそばを丸くして牧草地を通り抜けるボブキャ���トを垣間見るか、バックグラ��ンドでNetflixのお気に入りのプレイとしてボードゲームをセットアップします（DVDプレーヤー、VCR、VHSライブラリ、無料のWiFiも提供されます）。

毎朝7マイル南にあるTwofish Bakingの粘着パンで始まり、毎日午後にチャコールグリルで屋外の食事を準備します。 地元のプライベートトレイルで犬を散歩に連れて行き（この家には最大2匹の犬がいることに注意してください）、デッキで良い本を伸ばして、プライベートの暖かさで愛する人と星空を見ながら過ごしますホットタブ。

家族とリラックスしたり、くつろいだり、再会したりするためにシーランチに来ても、この素敵な家ですべてを行うことができます！

許可されている場合、複数の犬を予約に追加するには、ご連絡ください。 1匹あたり1泊20ドル。 ペットが許可さ���ている場合、最初の犬の料金は��ストされている合計費用に含まれます。

Lovely Home, Serenity and Peace

There were three of us - myself, my granddaughter and her partner, along with my little Havanese pup. The house is spacious - we didn't even use the upstairs at all. The kitchen was stocked with necessities like salt/pepper/sugar, various herbs. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and loved seeing a doe and her fawn walk by in the evenings. We watched many birds in the tall trees and felt renewed after our two-night stay. We would definitely rent the house again.

Lovely area, very nice house, quiet and peaceful

The place is very nice, has multiple nice living areas and places to hang out. Downstairs has two queen bedrooms one with an en suite bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a pair of twin beds and just outside the upstairs bedroom a loft area with a large couch. The upstairs area is better suited to kids. The beds upstairs are uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the couch. They are older mattresses on a flat wood platform. I would recommend changing out the mattresses and adding a box spring. Overall the place is very nice and comfortable to hangout and stay.

Really nice home in great location

We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes. We would definitely stay here again.

nice house, noisy hot tub

The house is very comfortable and well set up. No ocean view, but a nice small private meadow right behind the house. You do have to drive to get to the beach and bluff trail. The main drawback for us was that the hot tub was right outside our bedroom window and seems to run some sort of long cycle during the night-- an hour the first night, 3 hours one of the other nights, at 55 decibels. It's impossible to sleep while that is happening. In hindsight, we should have moved to one of the other bedrooms after that first night. I would recommend that anyone staying there not use the bedroom next to the hot tub deck.

Relaxing stay with Family

Great place for our family to relax and connect. Extra points for the hot tub and allowing dogs. Would have like to have known ahead of time that coffee filters were not provided and to bring our own firewood. There really was not enough for three nights during the winter.

Bobcat House is Lovely

This home is super quiet and serene. The woods surrounding the home are pristine with turkeys, deer, and all assortment of birds enjoying the area. House was just as advertised and clean. The layout of the home is also very nice, easy to move around and still see your guests. Nice spot and I would return next time we stay at SR.

Great location, comfortable

The location worked really well for us - really close to hiking trails in the hills, easy to walk or drive to the beach. It's pretty quiet with some traffic noise from HW1, but it wasn't bad. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen is in a very nice shape. As it is common in Sea Ranch properties, the pots and pans are all non-stick and scratched - I wish people were more careful, but we expect that and bring our own. We have dietary restrictions, so we have to cook ourselves - everything in the kitchen worked well. WIFI was fast and reliable. We did not try the wood stove, it was ready to go. We used the hot tub a lot. It was clean, and spacious, and we enjoyed the view of the trees, and the stars at night. The deck with the hot tub is visible from the road, so there is limited privacy, though there is almost no traffic on the road as the house is in a cul-de-sac. The hot tub is located on a deck immediately next to the main bedroom. We could not sleep there because at night the hot-tub was turning on and creating a lot of noise. In fact, the noise from the hot tub was also there during the day - taking one star off because of the noise. There were two other bedrooms, so we were able to sleep regardless of the hot tub noise. The house got hot during the day, even with the windows and doors open. For the stereo, we ordered USB-C to RCA adapter and it worked well. The TV was large and worked well.

Quiet Sea Ranch Getaway

Spent a week at the bobcat house with my family, including our dogs. Clean, comfortable house with lovely views and easy access to the beach trails. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, knives, etc. Looking forward to a future stay.

Overall we had fun, there is plenty of space for gathering. Unfortunately the master bed was hard as a rock and some of the cooking utensils, bowls, sauce pans need updating. Wonderful star gazing spot and used the hot tub frequently.

Beautiful property and location

This is a lovely home in Sea Ranch. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach daily, and appreciated the location of the home screened from highway. It was quiet and serene.

Good location but property needs TLC

Property needs an upgrade, the furniture and supplies are not inviting. Sofas were not old and very dirty. Our sheets were not washed and I had to wash all the sheets and pillow covers, I could see hair stubs sticking out from last guests, it is a good feeling especially with corona around. Utensiks were ok, carpet was very dirty and for hitting only half the jets worked. When we checked in we had to call in property manager as the toilet was not working and a chair was broken, they promptly sent someone and fixed it. But I am very upset about the sheets, cleaning fee is so high and checkout time is 10AM and 4 PM is checking, despite extra time bed sheets and pillow covers were not washed. Will not stay here again unfortunately, won't recommend this house.

Coastal get away

We decided to extend our road trip and found this house last min but were not disappointed at all. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the 4 boys ages 8,9,12 and 15 to run around and enjoy. The second living room upstairs was perfect for the 3 youngest to hang out and play. They absolutely loved seeing the wild turkeys and deer running around outside. We visited end of February begining of March and did beach hopping so it was a perfect location to do that. The master bedroom bed wasn't the best for bad backs but I would absolutely stay here again.

A great getaway!

Very calm, relaxing property. Beautiful setting. It had everything we needed. No cable TV, just access through Netflix. Hot Tub on the deck with the stars at night was amazing!
