Great experience

The property was new and updated. Beds are a bit hard. Lication was really good close to tge wawa half block away from boardwalk on 38th.

Great location

The location was great, close to everything. The bedrooms were all a nice size. There are no basic items like extra toilet paper, no paper towels, paper plates etc and only one bath towel for each person. I would recommend bringing extra bath towels but there is a washer and dryer in condo. There are a lot of stairs to get into the condo if you have trouble walking steps.

New, clean & super comfortable

Stayed in the condo mid-September '24. Everything in the unit was brand new and super clean. Beds were all very comfy and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Having a full size washer and dryer was a bonus. Great location to all that Sea Isle has to offer. Highly recommend.

Great location, and new construction, but management not responsive and not well cleaned.

This house is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, and the best restaurants in Sea Isle, which is great, because the kitchen is not equipped to cook any real meals. There is nothing in the kitchen in terms of basics, and for the house, no supplies, no trash bags, one extra roll of toilet paper, no paper towel. The floor throughout the house was really dirty. We wore took off our shoes the first evening and our feet were black. We had issues with lights in one of the bathrooms making the bathroom almost impossible to use without phone flashlights. The WIFI did not work at all, and despite repeated messages to the manager, neither the light nor the WIFI were addressed. So, 3 teenagers and a grandmother had no WIFI for the entire 4 days. Management needs to figure out how to address issues timely.

Great place. Great location. Would be great if they had more appliances. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We had fun and place was well kept.

Great place, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy and went well. Everything we needed was there. Easy walking distance to restaurants entertainment and the beach. It was nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and beds. One of my family members felt it would be nice to have beach tags included.

New and clean

Pristine clean and love a property that’s kept in good condition. Would we stay at this property again, possibly not. Bed’s are rock hard, furniture although very clean, is small and uncomfortable. Five women, 2 of us had to use dining room chairs. Those chairs were unsafe with legs that were not screwed in tightly. We were happy to try to fix that ourselves, but there was nothing on property to use to tighten the legs. We made the host aware of this issue and were told that it would be taken care of ASAP which it was not. The walls are very thin so we could hear complete conversations of the people above us, including their arguments and children crying. The vanity lights in one of the bathrooms were flashing as strobe lights so we could not use those. On a somewhat smaller scale, we would have enjoyed having at least one full length mirror. We did think it odd that beach tags were not included in the rental agreement and were surprised when we were made aware of needing the tags. To reiterate, we certainly appreciate the top-notch cleanliness and up-to-date decor and good location of this VRBO just too many other issues (not all mentioned)made it less than desirable for our group.

It was a very frustrating and upsetting process to communicate with the property manager . She was not responding all the way , After many complaints to VRBO who also were not successful to reach her or get a reply from her, she finally gave us the access details 3 hours before . And when we showed up at 3pm there were still previous renters on the premises . We suspect that she was trying to have us cancel in order to rent to someone else at a higher price. VRBO should not deal with her anymore . Otherwise the property is good although lacking important items such as vacuum cleaner , iron board , iron ,,,,
