"The area looked ok. The parking lot seemed safe and well lit. There's only one way in/out of the lot which keeps people from wandering around the parking lot off the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C was really cold and the room was clean. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby (as stated in the Hotels.com website) but that didn't matter to me. All in all Iwould definitely stay again. It's a short drive to NRG area as well. The room was really spacious and included a small sofa and coffee table. Great stay and i recommend it. "

"I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay more and go somewhere else. It's a disgrace! I want my money back."

"Not great location (any breakfast option was a 15 min drive), not very clean (one of the pillows was inexplicably wet, floor was very dirty, dishes needed to be washed). Misc random damage (toilet seat was cracked all the way through).Lots of space, safe camera / alarm system and garage"
