Hot water was slow to get hot. Paint chipping in bathroom and bathroom door, some of the grout in bathroom needs refreshing. Clean and otherwise comfortable, breakfast was good, staff friendly.

Front desk staff was great, especially the gentlemen that was kind about all of the our softball girls being a little loud in the pool area and just requested we reminded them to keep it a little quieter for some of the other guests.
