"I'm giving this place 3.5 out of 5 stars. Yes, it's a lovely hotel since it's a Hilton. The staff are all very courteous, inc. the restaurant staff. The place is new, so the lobby and rooms are all very nice. I'd stay here again simply bc of the location (literally next to the college campus). The 3.5 fair rating is bc of (1) parking fee (not a lot but still), (2) very low shower water pressure, (3) though the room has lots of lamps and lights, it's still poorly lit, (4) it's common for hotels to skip housekeeping services nowadays, this one included. It's not even a by-request, it's a policy. And (5) there's limited hot breakfast selection. There's only scrambled eggs and turkey sausage links for protein. The fruit mix is fine but not sweet. The waffles are premade and lukewarm. The potatoes are good, and there's a good selection for continental breakfast. "

"The room was clean. There were some ants in the room but it is spring in the Northwest so I am tolerant. Stayed with our dog. We were on the first floor so super easy to get her out when needed -- grass is just down the alley. The room is a bit spartan. One armchair, one desk chair, a little shelf / closet area, and a teeny desk. We stayed for 3 nights and it was kind of hard to relax in the room or work in the room. The room is pretty large and the furniture felt undersized or under-populated for the space. We found a coffee shop to work in and a few different spots around town to hang out. We were there to have our dog get care at OSU so we had time on our hands -- not sure if the room furnishings would be as big an issue for folks in town for a more active purpose. The staff are so nice here. Every single person was very kind and helpful. The proximity to the commercial district is the biggest selling point. You can walk everywhere in just a few minutes. End of the day... I would stay here again. "

"Not bad for price range was quiet especially with the activeness around the area overall pretty good stay even though housekeeping of bathroom was not acceptable, had to run to store to buy cleaning supplies to feel comfortable showering first. "

"Booked this stay knowing the price was low, so expectations were realistic. The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, firm and solid, which made for a decent night’s sleep. That said, the room felt very outdated. The shower curtain rod was barely holding on, and the hairdryer looked like it had not been cleaned in decades. There was no vent fan in the bathroom, which likely explains the visible mold inside one of the light fixtures. One of the lights did not work at all, making the space even dimmer. There were holes in the walls where items had been removed and never patched. No extra towels or pillows were available, so what you arrive with is what you get. The bed frame was the most memorable part. The mattress was great, but the metal base sticks out and will absolutely catch your shins, toes, or knees. It feels like an obstacle you forget about until it reminds you. The walls are very thin, so even quiet conversations from nearby rooms come through clearly. The surrounding area also felt uneasy, with visible encampments nearby and regular foot traffic around the property. Overall, it delivers on price, but you will feel where those savings come from. "
