The kitchen/living room area includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a grill, a dining nook, and another satellite TV (flat screen). The unit also has a tiled stove.

The apartment comes equipped with a washing machine, satellite TV, and WiFi internet access. It can accommodate a maximum of six guests with its two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area. The unit has one bathroom with a bath/WC.
