The apartment has been extensively renovated, it lays in the quiet surroundings of Maria Sares (1130 m above sea level) on the road to the famous ski-carousel named Plan de Corones. The location is comfortable, you can go for a walk in the nearby wood and has easy access to the ski pistes of San Vigilio di Marebbe, 15 minutes by car and also to the slopes of Brunico (Riscone), also 15 mins by car,. The flat is equipped with every comfort. You have at your disposal 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, big kitchen, living room furnished in typical Tyrolean style with an antique farmer-oven, spacious terrace/balcony, parking space, garden, television, washing machine, dishwasher and linen.
The apartment is surrounded by fir and larch woods where one can have walks at one`s leisure.



Our house is situated at San Lorenzo di Sebato in the heart of the Val pusteria and near the city named Brunico.
At San Lorenzo di Sebato you are at the right place, because the village is the optimal starting point for different tours in the Dolomites, on the ideal sea level, temperate climate and spectacular villages.
Tourist Tax is 1,35 Euro per person over 14 years per night, from 01.01.2023 Tourist Tax is 1,75 Euro per person over 14 years per night and will be paid separately at our office.

The Farm
We loved the apartment on the farm. Fresh eggs and milk every day. Peace and quiet. Lots of hiking opportunities around the property. The apartment was clean and the furniture was sufficient. The only thing it could improve on would be having basic things like soap in the bathrooms and kitchen and things like salt and pepper.

Sehr komfortables Feriendomizil
Alles perfekt, wie in den vorangegangenen Bewertungen vermerkt; die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm die Wärme in der Wohnung wegen der Heizkörper in allen Räumen, die leider wegen der verhältnismäßigen kühlen Witterung während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes erforderlich waren. Aber noch ein Hinweis: Wer wie wir auf Internet Wert legen sollte, der muss sich leider mit einer sehr geringen Leistung begnügen. Soll aber demnächst wohl durch Glasfaseranschluss besser werden.

Urige Ferienwohnung
Kommunikation vorab mit den Vermietern verlief unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Gut ausgestattete Küche; alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Über die tägliche Lieferung frische Milch und Eier haben wir uns besonders gefreut. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Der Service des Gästehauses, die Zimmerausstattung und die Küchenausstattung ist von hohem Standard. Die Lage des Gästehauses ermöglicht es Skifahrern, täglich zu den nahegelegenen Einstiegspunkten des Skigebiets Kroplatz zu fahren. Eine große und positive Überraschung war die Lieferung ländlicher Waren an Urlauber. Das Thema Skischuhtrocknen ist im Gästehaus nicht wirklich gelöst.
