The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

Loud street until 3 am. Hard to sleep..wish there is platform going to elevator with stairs because it is a challenge to carry luagages and stacked to fit a small elevator that can only fit 2 people, although the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The first morning we woke up we had no power due to them working on some equipment elsewhere in the building. Lady at the front desk didn't seem to care too much, but we had power within 35 minutes. The hotel itself is fairly clean besides people's makeshift ashtrays that were paper cups on the railings ...
