「Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!」

「We only stayed one night, wished it had been more. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a snack with drinks, evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent. Highly recommended. Only one negative, which won’t bother you if you are staying in the winter months, but the balcony door in our room had a very light curtains and it was daylight at 5am. Needs to be a blackout covering.」

「Excellent hotel in bormio, close to the great stelvio pass, buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Evening meal was value for money. And very nice I would definitely stay here again if in the area. 」

「Por un lado, la habitación no es como te la cuentan en la página. Ponía que tenía 4 estrellas con spa y nada más lejos de la realidad. 3 estrellas como mucho y no tiene spa. Por otro lado, hay que decir que la habitación, aunque era pequeña, estaba muy limpia y el desayuno muy bueno. 」
