"A very nice hotel in a nice location. We had a restful sleep in a nice room. Easy parking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great bar and restaurant area and a great breakfast. Great selection of cocktails and local Cremants. The spa massages were great as well as the pool and sauna. The only small, tiny improvement would be a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again."

"Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expédia. Site que j’ai utilise pour réserver. Il n’y a pas de mini frigo de micro onde dans la chambre. Il n’y a pas de salon séparé des chambres. Elles ne sont pas insonorisées puisqu’on entendait tous ce que faisait les voisins. La douche était bouchée car l’eau ne s’évacuait pas dans le bac. Le mobilier était abîmé et vétuste. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants."

"The place was great ( especially you are in a winery hotel), room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also received a free wine tasting. The staffs were kind and helpful. The only thing was you need a car to get around and get in the hotel. "

"Une équipe au top et un logement très propre! Seul bémol! Nous avons réservé sur Hôtel.com.. mais ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une résidence vacances! Très bien entretenue et qui s’efforce de proposer une qualité hôtelière, cependant j’avoue avoir été forcément surprise de devoir jeter mes poubelles ou encore de défaire les draps des lits! Cela n’est pas in hôtel et il est important de le savoir avant de réserver! "

"Hotellet ligger lidt afsides, men i rimelig kørselsafstand fra f.eks. Kaysersberg og Riquewihr. Vi boede i en suite på 3. sal med to balkoner og en pragtfuld udsigt over skoven og de nærmeste byer. Der var ingen larm. Personalet talte både fransk, tysk og engelsk, og de var meget servicemindede. Både morgenmad og den faste, 4-retters menu var helt i top, og prisen for 4 retter var kun EUR 35 pr. person."
