Confusing check in

Check in was very long. Lots of information has to be collected. Had to enter ALL info again during check in. Hopefully I get to pay the correct amount. Restaurant was bad. We ended up at a nearby restaurant, The Grand Prix, with a gokart track and a nice meny. Very friendly staff and good food/drinks. Definately recommend The Grand Prix.

They didn’t provide the correct type of room, and there was no way to resolve the issue because they have no staff on site. Their support phone number was just a recording that hung up after it played. I ended up having to sleep in my car. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling, and bugs on the floor.

This is a good hotel for people travelling through the Leipzig area, without a need to go into the city. The hotel is being renovated right now, and hopefully those renovations will lead to improvements. Our main criticism was the shower, as there were no handles to grab on to, and the "slip factor' is great. As it stands, the shower is unsafe. We alerted the contractor about this and I think they are working on improving the showers. Other than that, this hotel is fine for what it is.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung das Frühstück war super einziges Manko es gibt 3 Abendessen und es war 3 Tage lang nur 1 davon da. Ansonsten für den preis eine gute Unterkunft
