"•I had a poor check in experience owing to system problems(?) and it took 20 minutes. Sadly the hotel is also using automated check in/out machines. This is the function of the reception staff! Get rid of these machines! I watched a family trying to use them and they had problems. ☆ Hotel staff were great and it's a nice place to stay. The area is not the best, some interesting characters on the street!"

"The hotel was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit while in Amsterdam. Close to the train station and connected to public transportation, with lots of dining options nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful. The view of the city was unbeatable."
