Schanfigger Museum of Culture and History

My overall experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few minor details that I hope the hotel management will consider addressing to further improve the guest experience. I believe the hotel entrance would benefit from some renovation, particularly the carpets, which appear to need refreshing. My room, No. 201, was excellent, and the bathroom was also very good. However, both clearly show signs of age. The room carpets and the upholstered headboard would benefit from deep cleaning or, ideally, replacement as part of a refurbishment. These are only minor observations, as my overall experience was excellent. With a little attention to these details, the hotel could further enhance its already very good standards. Overall, I recommend this hotel and definitely ill stay next time in it

We visited in June for an overnight stop. I was surprised that there was just an envelope on the reception desk with my name on and we never saw a staff member the whole time we were there. With that aside the room was lovely, spacious and clean and I couldn't fault it.

Great view and breakfast
