"The room had air conditioning, which wasn't advertised. So that was good. Shower wasn't clean. Side tables not clean. Pump for shower gel inoperative. Cobwebs on the stairs. Mattress was like sleeping on jelly. Shower a tad too small.breakfast was just ok. With the serving utensils, it was not at all clear if you should put them back or leave in the bowls of food, so cross contamination of foods is definitely happening"

"We had an exceptional "birthday stay," after enjoying a day and evening in Deventer. Everything was super great: Reception personnel, the room, the bed, the shower with wonderful-smelling bath gel, the view. Parking was easy, close, lots of available spaces. It made it seamless to buy ferry tickets at the hotel. The ferry to the city center was less than a 5 minute walk. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but breakfast options were extensive, high quality and satisfying, including the coffee...

"Bij ontvangst al direct een hartelijke begroeting. De gastheer/eigenaar is het toonbeeld van gastvrijheid. We waren voor de eerste keer hier met vrienden (2 stellen) en hadden twee dagen prachtige fietsroutes door de omgeving. Parkeren konden we al op de aankomstdag om 10:00 uur. Na een mooie fietsdag om ca 17:00 eerst de fietsen in de stalling geplaatst en daarna naar de eenvoudige maar keurige kamers. Voldoende fijn badtextiel. Op de kamer koffie/thee voorziening.
