「チェックイン時もチェックアウト時もスタッフが不在でした。到着時、建物への入り方が分からず連絡しましたが、返信が遅く20分近く外で待たされました。 WhatsAppでのみ連絡ができるので事前にアプリを入れておく必要があります。」

「Great staff and amazing rooms. The breakfast was good and cooked to order. Our half board option was worth every penny. The only negative was some stone dust on the roof of our 4 poster bed. Finding the hotel can be tricky, just a small brass plaque outside.」

Ci ho soggiornato per un evento di lavoro, penso ci tornerò all'occorrenza e chissà, magari anche con la famiglia per un weekend da quelle parti. 「O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa...
